These Terms govern use of the Civerro website and the basic rules for using its informational content and submitting inquiries.

Information on this website is provided to present Civerro services, products and software-development capabilities. Descriptions, examples, functionality and prices may change. CRM and AI demonstrations may be illustrative and do not necessarily represent the final production product or feature set.
3. Prices and offers
Where a price is displayed, it describes the relevant offer at the time of publication unless stated otherwise. Custom CRM, custom software and individual website projects may be provided under a separate quotation.
The final scope, price, deadlines, payment terms, support, maintenance and other rights and obligations for a particular project are determined by a contract or accepted quotation.
4. SaaS service
If Civerro CRM is offered as a SaaS subscription service, separate service terms should, before launch, specify at least: plans and features, price and billing method, subscription period, automatic renewal if applicable, cancellation procedure, service availability, support, handling of customer data after termination and the responsibilities of the parties.
5. Custom CRM and website development
For custom CRM, business applications and website projects, requirements are defined individually. Rights to source code, design, content, third-party licences, hosting, maintenance and future changes are governed by the applicable contract or quotation.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the website in a way that threatens its security, availability or integrity, attempt to bypass security measures, send automated requests contrary to the intended use, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
7. Intellectual property
